NICK GARGIULO - Vocals/Guitar
Nick has been writing songs, playing guitar, and singing for 7
years. Nick also plays Bass, Cello, and Drums. Nick is the 2009
Epiphone Regional Winner of “Guitarfest” which was held in
New York. Nick has been in several bands including Electric
Current, The Sunny Shades, Jungle Riot, and The Bria Kelly Band.
Nick also enjoys playing baseball, skateboarding, wrestling
and spending time with
family and friends
WILL BEASLEY-Lead Guitar/Vocals
Will has been playing guitar for
7 years. While known for his
impressive “chops”, will also
sings, plays drums, and enjoys
writing and recording music.
He has been in other bands
which include Aboard Forever
and Jungle Riot. Will also
worked as an apprentice
instructor for The Academy of
Rock Music in Virginia Beach,
Va. Will is from Currituck, NC.
When Will isn’t playing guitar,
you will find him on the
baseball field
Jacob Caburian-bass/Guitar/Vocals
Jacob started playing guitar in January 2006 after getting Guitar Hero 2 for
Christmas. He also plays bass, piano, drums and sings. His music influences
range from Klaus Nomi to Adele. Jacob’s main instrument is the guitar.
If you’re not careful, your body could get lost in the sands of time when
you watch him shred so strap yourself to the ground! Outside of mOcean,
Jacob attends the Music Academy at Salem High School. He enjoys watching movies,
Skinny Dip (not skinny dipping) & great food
MATT COLE-Drums
Matt loves music. He has received instruction since age 5. First with
piano, then with well known drum instructor Powell Randolph since he was
8. Influenced by all the great drummers, his favorites include Travis
Barker, Jon Bonham, and Chad Smith. His intricate and powerful stickwork
and timing are the backbone for mOcean’s hard driving sound. He has
previously played with bands in the band Swimming Upstream and
Sidewalk Chalk. Matt enjoys friends, tennis, surfing, and hanging out with
